Dishwashers that leave water in the bottom, don't clean, leak or stop with an error code. Bosch, Miele and KitchenAid make up most of our recent dishwasher jobs.
Common faults
A blocked filter, a failed drain pump or a kinked drain hose. We start with the filter, which is free to fix.
A weak circulation pump, blocked spray arms or a failed heater. We replaced a KitchenAid circulation pump in Laguna Niguel.
Door seal, a cracked sump or a leaking salt or detergent assembly. We fixed a Miele salt reservoir that leaked.
A failed control panel or power module. We test the supply and the board before ordering.
How we diagnose
We run a cycle, check the filter, the pump and the heater, and read the error code. Then you get a written price.
Pumps, seals and filters are worth repairing on any dishwasher. On premium brands (Miele, Bosch Benchmark, Thermador) even a control board is usually worth it.
