Loud banging on spin
Worn suspension rods or shock absorbers let the drum hit the cabinet. It's the washer repair we do most often.

Front-load and top-load washers that leak, won't spin, bang through the spin cycle or stop mid-wash. Most washer faults come down to one worn part.
Common faults
Worn suspension rods or shock absorbers let the drum hit the cabinet. It's the washer repair we do most often.
A failed door switch or lid lock stops the cycle before it begins. We test the lock and the signal to the control board.
Door boot tears, a loose drain hose or a cracked pump housing. We find where the water actually comes from before replacing anything.
A blocked or failed drain pump, a clogged filter or a worn drive part. A clogged pump filter costs nothing but our visit.
How we diagnose
We run a test cycle, read any error codes and check the part the symptom points to, with a meter rather than a guess. You get a written price before we order or fit anything.
A washer under about ten years old with a mechanical fault (rods, lock, pump, switch) is almost always worth repairing. If it needs a new drum bearing or control board and the machine is old, we say so and you only pay the diagnostic.

Pricing
$99 diagnostic visit, credited in full when you go ahead with the repair. Parts and labor are quoted in writing first. If a part has to be ordered, a deposit holds the booking and the balance is due when the job is done.
Questions
Anything else — call (949) 295-5501.
Usually worn suspension rods or shock absorbers, sometimes an unbalanced load. If it bangs with a light, even load, the rods are the first thing we check.
Often, yes: a blocked drain filter or a dirty door boot. We clean what is cleanable and replace a boot only if it is torn.
