Sub-Zero refrigerator repair in Orange County

Built-in, column and undercounter Sub-Zero units. These are built to last decades, so a fault is nearly always worth repairing.

Sub-Zero service

What we fix on Sub-Zero.

Condenser service

Sub-Zero condensers sit on top or at the bottom, and dust there makes the compressor work harder. We check it on every Sub-Zero call.

Door gaskets

A torn or flattened gasket lets warm air in and frost build up. We replace gaskets to the original fit.

Water and drain faults

A blocked drain line puts water under crisper drawers or on the floor; we clear it and check the pan.

Temperature faults

Evaporator and condenser fans, defrost parts and controls, tested one by one.

Independent repair: we are not affiliated with or authorized by Sub-Zero.

Is an old Sub-Zero worth repairing?

Almost always. Most parts stay available for many years and the cabinet outlives several repairs.

How often should a Sub-Zero condenser be cleaned?

About every six months is a good rule; homes with pets or dust need it more often.
